Restaurant Anise a culinary oasis that honors the sacred occasion of dinnertime.
Restaurant Anise was born from a desire to roll back the clock to when dinner was a sacred time shared with friends and family, a time for a pause on daily stress and distractions, to connect with others, and to nourish the body and soul at the end of the day. We offer fine dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Our dinner menu changes quarterly and is focused on serving unique, mindfully prepared dishes, using seasonal ingredients and representative of cuisines from around the globe.

“My wife and I had a fabulous dinner here. This was our first time trying this restaurant, and it greatly exceeded our expectations. We had the antelope sirloin and the veal tenderloin. Both were excellent. Also the lamb egg roll appetizer was very good. Service was exceptional. Prices were fair for the quality of food served.”

“Terrific experience!! This is one of the nicest restaurants that we had dinner at in Granbury. The chef owner is very talented young woman and presents a gourmet menu that is thoughtful and delicious. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared, The lamb chop with braised lamb raviolo and smoke gouda grits was over the top. With dessert, ask for a glass of their house made lemoncello, it was delightful. Will be back on our next trip to Granbury.“
